{"id":90,"date":"2014-02-06T17:53:23","date_gmt":"2014-02-06T16:53:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epcra.eu\/?page_id=90"},"modified":"2015-05-22T07:35:54","modified_gmt":"2015-05-22T05:35:54","slug":"les-travaux","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.epcra.eu\/en\/les-travaux\/","title":{"rendered":"Project outcomes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h2><b>Referential for activities and competences of rope access technicians<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Developed from outcomes of the Leonardo Project TSC and national requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Function: sum of activities needed to achieve a common goal<\/li>\n<li>Activity: coherent unit of identified and organized task<\/li>\n<li>Task: fundamental unit of an activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each task is divided in the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Task description<\/li>\n<li>Conditions to fulfill the task<\/li>\n<li>Competences with respect to knowledge, know-how and skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Referential for the certification<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>This referential was developed from the referential for activities and competences of rope access technicians. It is a document in accordance with the requirements of the European Qualification Framework and consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definition of all certification units<\/li>\n<li>A chart illustrating the link between the modular training program and the certification units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Definition of certification units<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competences and expert knowledge to be assessed, assessment criteria and assessment principles<\/li>\n<li>Learning outcome (knowledge, skills, competences)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It also covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ECVET-points for the certification and the modalities for their distribution<\/li>\n<li>A description for recording the certification in the \u201cEuropass\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Criteria and procedures for admission with specific professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Composition of the jury<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Modular training program<\/h2>\n<p>The structure of the modular training program has to assure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That completion of the program is possible over an extended period of time and when doing the training with different training providers.<\/li>\n<li>That specific professional experience is accredited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training program contains:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagram of the modular architecture<\/li>\n<li>Description of each module: title, contents, pre-requisites, teaching method, assessment and validation procedures<\/li>\n<li>A chart illustrating the link between the modules and the certification units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Training program for trainers<\/h2>\n<p>Enables the participating trainers to familiarize themselves with the project outcomes and to enhance their pedagogic skills. The training program for trainers consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Description of the module: title, contents, pre-requisites, teaching method, assessment and validation procedures<\/li>\n<li>Simulation of a training module<\/li>\n<li>Assessment grid for the training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Training program for jury members<\/h2>\n<p>Enables the participants (trainers, employees and contractors) to familiarize themselves with and benefit from the project outcomes.
